All cranes pressures, temperatures, amperes, cooler performance, visual Inspection of rope pulleys on Crane towers and Jib

Visual inspection of the Hoisting and Luffing rope,Visual inspection of Jib bearings Visual inspection of Slewing bearing and Slewing gear pinions,Visual inspection of Hook Block , Inspection of hoisting/luffing winch and slewing gears, hydraulic brake condition etc..

Hydraulic System Inspection

a) General check of tightness

b) General check for leakage in the hydraulic systems

c) Condition of the hydraulic oil cooler

d) Grab performance

e) Hyd oil and gear oil levels

If any leakages, or any abnormalities found same can be attended immediately so that major problems can be avoided and down time will be minimized
